This jacket is adorable. It can be dressed up or down. My daughter has had so many compliments on it, and I have had multiple requests from moms for the Amazon link. The jacket is heavy enough to keep her warm in the fall but not too bulky to layer over sweaters or sweatshirts

It’s not easy to find inexpensive fancy coats for the elementary age – and this coat fits the bill perfectly. The material is soft and velvety and our 3rd grader was super stoked for how deep the pockets are. It’s a little tricky buttoning up by themselves the first time, but once I showed her how it went, it shouldn’t be an issue going forward.This kiddo usually wears a size 10ish in clothes, so based on measurements I thought this would be right sized, however, it’s definitely on the bigger 10-12 size – which will work out well for her to use multiple seasons. As it’s not a school or play coat, I expect to get at least 3 years use for special occasions.
