I absolutely love this brand of jeans for my 8 year old daughter. Theyâre comfortable to her, stretchy and not tight fitting, they function with everything she has in her closet and the fabric is soft and durable as well.

The actual structure of the jeans looks well made. The seams look good and the fabric is thick and not very stretchy. Button hole too small.These have an adjustable waist, so Iâd go up in size if I was to order again.Product fit on my child- somewhat small/short side, compared to designer jeans. I got my very thin, very tall, almost 10 year old – a size 10 in these Childrenâs Place jeans.For reference she is just under five feet tall, 4ft 10 or 11, weighs less than 70 lbs, and has a petite build.For comparison- I recently bought her an 8 in Vanillastar brand jeans and it was perfect.Sheâs wearing a 10/12 in Walmart/Target brands and the clothes there are usually short and loose, we have to buy for length and take in waists. A 14/16 there swims on her. If the waist needs to fit – like on leggings- a 7/8 works.This being a name brand I ordered down, but not down to an 8. I should have gone up. These barely fit.Additionally the button hole was so tight that *I* couldnât button and unbutton without a lot of trouble. There was no way she could do it. We needed the jeans for a trip so I modified the button hole with an elastic loop so she could either pull them off or use the loop to button instead of the button hole.So while these jeans are useable for the moment, we wonât get a lot of wear out of them. And for the price, which is great for the quality, Iâd reorder in the next size, but since she canât unbutton them, Iâll be looking elsewhere and keeping this as a last resort, but ordering up if I do.

Color is great
The color of these are great and what were pictured and described. The value found on this listing. Is there comparative to the store. These are same great quality and will last your child, as long as they don’t grow out of them as to be expected with jeans from the children’s place. These look nice and fit really well. The material makes it durable and easy to get those stains out from use and play! I would definitely recommend this. Purchase and purchasing it here as well.

Good price for an old lady
Pros: usually a great price, I appreciate the “husky” and “plus” options in children’s jeans, soft fabric, reasonably well made. After wearing 100% cotton jeans for decades, I didn’t think I would like jeans with a little stretch, but I do. Cons: don’t like the inner waistband button arrangement at all, and whose idea was it to make children’s jeans look old and worn? They give the impression that all parents are too poor to buy their kids new jeans when the old ones wear out, and they don’t have time to wash the jeans when they’ve been worn a few days in a row at school (which explains the horizontal wrinkles across the top of the thigh.) Seriously manufacturers, rethink both of these fashion statements.
